Tuesday only. Spicy Beef Tacos. Short rib slow cooked in olive oil, lime juice, honey, onion, cilantro, garlic, red chile, and chipotles in adobo. Shredded and served on corn tortillas, topped with cheddar Jack cheese, cilantro, and white onion. Served with spanish rice and choice of bacon-y pinto or black beans.
